And life is still crazy

Tomorrow I think the x is going to start moving her stuff to her new apartment.It feels like my life could be getting better but deep down for some reason I am gonna miss all the drama and other shit that happens to me on a weekly basis when I am dealing with my x on a daily basis. I was able to meet some old school mates from 20 yrs ago, amazing how much stuff can happen to people in 20 years. It was a great time.

July 4th

There hasn't been to much going on really this month other than the everyday family stuff. The 4th of July what pretty good. There was some small events going on in the town I live in and it was a moderate busy day. I have the kids for the day while there mom was working till 3pm. I took Cadyn in the stroller to the local chuch as they were having a pancake feed. I was surprised that Cadyn ate as much as he did cause he is suck a picky eater. After that I took to the where they were haveing these little train rides for the kids. Cadyn really loves trains and he has a great time riding the train. There was a lady there that watches Cadyn for us so she took him on the train so I could take some photos. After a few photos I took him with me on the train again so we got to ride it 2 times and he was happy about that. There was a parade and they throw out candy every year so Cadyn had a fun time grabing all the candy that was thrown toward him. Like he really needed that candy, he is so high strung as it is he didn't need any more sugar for the day that is for sure. We shot off fireworks later and then went to the towns big blow off and I was able to take some fireworks photos for the first time and I was happy they seemed to come out rather well for being an amature photographer.

Things in June

It was my birthday the 9th. Was just another day nothing exciting happened. There have been a lot of storms in the last few weeks and I have posted some of the lightning photos that I took on my flickr account if anyone is interested in looking at them. I got my stimulus check and I went out and stimulated myself with a new flash for my Camera. I have been needing one for a while and thought it was a good time for the addon. I haven't had to much time to mess with it but am looking forward to see how some photos look. The next Lincoln Camera Club Meeting is next Tuesday, that is one thing I enjoy going to every month. I am showing a missile site tomorrow and hope that the people looking at it will buy it. Time will tell.

My first attemps at photographing water drops

This is one of about 30 photos I took to see if I could capture a water droplet in the sink at my house. This one appears to be the best one out of them all. This was an experiment for me and I need to work on it some more. I did enjoy trying to do it, it was something new to try and very fun.
